"Let’s start from the beginning. I was in traffic one day and saw a car wrapped with their info. I called and they took my info called back the next day as I told them I was out and about for the evening. Told them I needed a little time before I was ready to buy my car insurance. The quote was fairly decent and made me feel confident to not have to look else where. Melanie is the one who handled my policy start to finish. She was the bees knees. I really hate talking on the phone or purchasing on the phone. So when I say they I’m talking about any other staff I talked to besides her. I believe they gave me two friendly non harassing check back calls before I actually purchased. Purchasing was a breeze, options were explained to me, simply but not to simple. There wa no pushy sales pitch feeling about it all. Melanie even eased in that she is available for any other insurance needs when the deal was done. I’m not mad at it because I do need other insurance and with how easy this one was ai told her I’ll be back for sure. Keep up the great work ya’ll."
