"I have been with State Farm since 1999 until 10/21/2025! All of a sudden I received a phone call from the agent Tanisha Johnson Sutter, stating that my insurance will cancel on 10/22/2025. I used to asked the agents is she's available they will say no she's not here. I didn't receive no letter, no email or anything. The agent couldn't give you no information about anything when you call about your payment. The online system isn't updated, because that's where I was making my payments."
